Not only is it the unbearable pain cows are put through in the dairy industry that makes the consumption of their milk unjustifiable,- when you drink dairy, you consume the breast milk of another species. You take what’s meant for a newborn being. How would you feel about a creature of another species stealing your baby’s food? There is no denying it tastes good, but that doesn’t justify the horrible circumstances it’s produced under. Yes, prouduced, as cows are continuously impregnated as a constant, guaranteed source of dairy. There are so many delicious non-dairy alternatives to cow’s breast milk. Almond milk, soy milk, hazelnut milk or oat drinks do not only taste way sweeter,- some of them are actually even healthier, as they’re full of good nutrients and lower in fat and calories. Choose to stop consuming dairy products for good. Not only your body, but countless cows and calves will thank you.
